Delivery Information

All orders placed with before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be posted to you the after one day. Orders placed outside these times will be processed after two working days (excluding bank and public holidays). Working days are Monday to Friday.

The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only. FFLUR LIMITED is not responsible if this varies.

 

1. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.

2. Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers. It is our experience that in most cases they do choose to deliver to residential addresses on Saturday mornings but they are not guaranteed.
3. When you sign for a delivery, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
4. If goods are returned to FFLUR LIMITED because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is nonrefundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
5. For missing or delayed items please note that we have to wait 15 days after the estimated delivery date before we are able to consider action such as a replacement or refund.
